We need a payment integration for our merchant (Revolut).
Revolut provide a Magento extension, but this is not functioning well for us, so we require the implementation of their API into a custom payment integration.
To be clear, we do not require the existing Revolut extension installing and configuring - this has aleady been done (and works, but their rendering of the extension in the front end causes some conflicts) - we require a custom integration directly calling their API.

We are on Magento version 2.4.2-p2 but will soon be upgrading to the latest version, so this will need to function in both.
Left the budget as the recommended PPH budget, but interested to see what people will quote for this. Can provide more details and dev site access to those with strong proposals.
Please mention price, estimated time to complete and availability in any proposal. Completely understood that estimate may change once fully spec'd out.

It seems that you want a custom solution so we just need to know that do you want a custom solution for the frontend conflict with an existing module or do you want backend and frontend full module development from scratch using that API.
