Website top menu and checkout options only show intermittently, they appear to show more often on this page than on others.

Folder permissions and ownership have been checked and confirmed but could have been missed.
Were working perfectly for months until very recently. A new checkout addon was installed but still worked fine for two weeks, have since removed the addon and it has still not returned to normal.
A couple of JavaScript errors do show (sometimes) but I am unsure if these are the issue or not.
