Magento 1.9 to 2.x migration

Hello,

I have a client site running Magento ver. 1.9.3.4 that needs to upgrade to the latest version.

I need someone to:

- Review installed extensions and check if they have 2.x compatible versions and if not, other extensions should be recommended. There are hardly any extensions on the site so shouldn't be too much trouble.

- Perform a full database and theme migration. The process should be something like: Database Migration > Theme Migration > Delta Migration (to bring the database update to date again) > Go Live and server deployment.

To be considered for this project please let me know what your process will be.

Note that the website is running a custom theme but nothing too complex, the URL will be shared privately upon request.
