will i need to have a AMAZON SELLER ACCOUNT with Amazon in order get inform from Amazon or needed to deal with the AMazon Suppliers???

I ask that VERY IMPORTANT question because i am from the Carribbean CAYMAN ISLANDS and CANNOT have a AMAZON SELLER ACCOUNT .
