I need someone to update my magneto shipping profile

General information for the website: We sell footwear and accesories online
Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of every page/module: I have a custom build website that is built using magento, I am pleased with the way the site functions except that the current shipping profile doesn't allow me much flexibility regarding location and prices.
Description of requirements/features: Ideally I need a system that allows for 2 or 3 shipping profiles for different items and allows me to ship my items around the world with a tiered pricing system to reflect the actual cost of shipment.

I currently also sell on Etsy and they have a great system in place to allow you to update the shipping profiles of each item. Ideally I am looking to reflect this system on my own website. This must not interfere with the overall look of the front end but must be easy to apply to the products and update on the back end,

I am looking for someone with a very good understanding of magento, that I can trust. I will be sending more projects their way if they can assist me well on this.
