I need develop Wordpress template website with Ecommerce

General information for the website: Wordpress template with Ecommerce function
Kind of development: New website from scratch
Description of every page/module: I need to develop website , I bought wordpress template and need to fix it as attached requirements.
The website has special function for selections and payment, please read carefully and don't apply here if you can't do.
Need to get it ready within one week, the design must be attractive , and you must be careful about all small details of the website.
This job will be as a start for long term dealing on other websites
The communication skills must be very good and fast respond.
After finish the website must work on optimization and make sure all codes are good.
Description of requirements/features: The E commerce function as below :
At the product page , it has selections like size , qty , etc. some selections will open if choose another
after complete the selections , will submit to order and will go to cart. ( description at PDF file ).
CMS and Admin requirements: CMS , Admin and E- Commerce required
Payment methods: Credit Card, Paypal, Specific Payment Gateway, Other
