I need a professional website designed to sell my ebook

I currently have my ebook on Amazon (http://www.amazon.co.uk/How-Get-First-University-ebook/dp/B00BQWUWB8) but need to get a website to sell it through as this will be easier to boost sales. The website should be quite simple, but it needs to be elegant and user-friendly. What I need from is to talk a little about my book, show off testimonials I have had for it, another paragraph about my background and then obviously a big SELL section. I will also need the backend set up, i.e. if a customer wants to buy it, there needs to be a purchase function plus then the download function as well as a newsletter signup.

The ebook is finished and the cover design done, the background picture from the cover can also serve as part of the website to make it more colourful.

Please attach RELEVANT samples of your portfolio to your quote. I am usually very easy to work with as a customer and most likely won't require a lot of revisions, I would however like the option of having it revised until I'm happy with it.
