I need a new website built

I am working on a new project and need a website built, this is not strictly ecommerce.

I have been trawling the internet for websites with similar functionality and here is the most similar I can find:

We need a logo designed.

The website will need functions including:

Paying for an item
Paying for multiple Items
Have a multiple choice question to answer
Setup a full account and login area
Ability to login via Facebook and Google
A chat based system direct to us

There will be changes to be made and if there is an issue for a customer you will need to be contactable to help rectify.

An NDA will be sent for working on this project.
