I need a Magento Programmer to help me create my store for apparel

General information for the website: Me and my friend are into business of selling apparel online
Description of requirements/features: I am new to peopleperhour but this is the platform my friend suggested to go with. At this time I am in need of online presence as i want to expand my business in all states and just not Georgia.

I am meeting vendors in NY, NJ and other states so my replies may be a bit late but i have a plan to start the work within a week if i get a right free lancer.

I only want genuine people or agencies to bid. Overall description goes below.

1) Apparel website with 1800 products
2) Nice looking website and can work with all mobile phones
3) Website development keeping in mind the marketing afterwards
4) Payment related set up of PayPal and Credit Card
5) Shipping of USPS/UPS and may go with Drop shipping if it fits under budget
6) A manageable area to add customers or track details
7) SMS service to get the confirmation on order placed(Only for USA) and later for tracking the shipment
8) E-mail service for orders placed, cancelled, or any other things done by customer
9) Newsletter
10) Orders to download in excel after sale.

If i miss anything i would like you to suggest.
