Description
Experience Level: Expert
I'm looking for someone to help audit my Google Tag Manager and Analytics properties, so that signups are correctly tracked, and new subscriptions from those signups are logged as goals which can then be tracked in Google Ads.
I'm a skilled developer so have no problem implementing code, but I've found myself lost in a sea of documentation and differing advice, so I just need someone to look through these accounts, liaise with me on what other code I need to insert (to trigger when subscriptions are created, for example) and how to get everything connected between the various properties.
My product consists of a marketing website on one domain, a UK version of the same site on a UK subdomain, and a web app (the product) on an "app" subdomain. Currently these are separate Google Analytics views within the same property, and they're all using the same GTM code. None of this appears to be a problem, and cookies seem to be fine since they're all on the same main domain. However, new subscriptions are being tracked in MixPanel but not as goals/conversions in Analytics. I'm fairly sure the correct tags are being triggered as I've tested those, so I think the disconnect is between GTM and Analytics.
I need help from someone who is experienced, and preferably certified, with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads, and someone who has experience dealing with SaaS.
Thanks!
