Fix Woo Commerce Shopping Cart Price Problem

We have a small business word press website that is using a Woo Commerce shopping cart. We have about 80 products on the product list and the product prices are loaded via an excel spreadsheet. The excel file is updated by our sales team and provides product prices for each product by sales region
e.g.
Product SKU: 123
Product Name: Orange Juice 500ml
UOM#1: EACH (1 x 500ml)
Price - Sales Region A: $1.00
Price - Sales Region B: $0.90
Price - Sales Region C: $0.80

UOM#2: CASE (12 x 500ml)
Price - Sales Region A: $12.00
Price - Sales Region B: $10.00
Price - Sales Region C: $9.00

The price upload function is no longer working. We get an error every time we try to upload new prices via the excel file. We need an expert with experience working on customized Woo Commerce shopping carts to assist and fix this error.
