E Commerce Website

Hello

I have a tiger e commerce at the moment and they have just been taken over and i don't like the new soft wear.

Looking for some one to make me a E Commerce Website with the following:

Post Code Delivery
Easy to Navigate
Modern Looking
Easy for me to add products, congeries
Contact me page
Product selection on same page e.g. XF100 the control options can be selected from one product page and the price will change please see http://www.fantronix.com/acatalog/Shower_Classic_White_.html for example

I have all products that i have put on Tiger as a Excel Sheet and i have a folder full of pictures

I am very interested in using the Actinic Software (desk top as i think this might be best) but if anyone has any other ideas please just say.

The delivery part is very important i want it to regonize post codes and change the cost of shipping if someone types in a BT or IV post code for example.

I like the look of http://www.fantronix.com web-site but i do not want to copy it. Has to be different. I need this turned around quick
