- Customer account log-in / registration via email address
- Basket / cart plus payment facility + promo code option - what payment systems are possible? NO Paypal or Amazon Checkout. Stripe looks promising.
- Other payment options at checkout to incorporate - BACS / Cash on delivery.
- User accounts to be setup to determine the payment / delivery options e.g. Local customers can be offered same day delivery, cash on delivery.
- Database design pre-set fields to add unlimited inventory (like selling on Amazon as we have before)
E.g. Title, Brand, Quantity, In-stock date, Sell / go live date of inventory, Price, sale price + dates of promotional price, images x 9 per product, tags, search terms.
- Custom artwork for site, NO simple WHITE BACKGROUND structure or pure templates such as Wordpress ones!

Site management:
- We would want to manage the site and have hosting set up with a third-party provider. We can buy hosting and arrange it if you can arrange for the site to go live / online.
- We want the website to be easy to update, change product details, move products around the site layout and how and what products appear where to promote.
- Homepage - main image(s) to be updated weekly / monthly with offer/s so structure to be set-up.
- Time required from you to show us how to change all features installed.

Summary:
Wordpress is too rigid with the design structure as our site is based on the structure Amazon use hence the custom request. Shopify wont work and we are not paying them membership fees. Magento/PrestaShop would work I suppose as long as the structure/layout is as expected which is on the lines of Amazon's approach such as their checkout structure and illustration of inventory for sale. We have several images we can send highlighting the features with annotations we want.

We want a freelancer to starting from scratch with the business concept of selling extensive ranges of office paper and a limited selection of other paper/card products and work forward as to what the best design / structure would work rather than finding a theme that "would do" and fitting our business concept into a random / undifferentiated Wordpress structure.
