Design and build a website, then copy it!

Hi there, I recently posted a job about a different type of website however my needs have changed course, I expected this site to be needed in about 6 months but all of a sudden now is the time.
OK, so, I am looking for a Photography website to be built. I am going to need a price for a website with the intention of copies being made of it so I will need you to quote 2 costs, 1 for the set up site and another for the duplication's. (Basically I eventually want multiple websites, I am happy for them all to follow the same theme, each one will need basic changes such as names, numbers, color schemes etc.)
There should not be a great deal more and if there is I am sure we can agree a price to do it.

What I need:
I need the website to have the following pages:
Home page
Contact Us
Testimonials (Hidden until they have been collected)
Prices (May or may not need this)
Portfolio
Subpages
Product
Headshots
Interior
People, Sets & Locations
I need the website to be eCommerce, able to accept both paypal and credit cards.
I need clients to be able to log in to their own account (which I will create via the admin panel) and see their images (which I will upload from the admin panel, I will need the website to allow me to upload as many as I like.) Then a way for the customer being able to select and pay for everything they choose.
I need the facility to be able to send out newsletters to different e-mail categories. (I.E. when people sign up, their e-mail goes into the 'sign up's' list, I am able to then create my own lists of consumers to target and select accordingly) and I need a facility where I am able to send out thousands of E-mails without being blocked. (A newsletter template would be great here)
I want the site to have a landing pop up (as seen at this address - www.wayfair.com.au just with different content)
I need social media to be linked in to the website.
I need a terms and conditions tab at the bottom of the site along with a 'copyright of:_______ 2013' which updates as the years progress.
I also need right click to be disabled.
I need the website to be viewable on mobiles and tablets.
I will need an e-mail address set up for the website.
I will need to be able to edit the website from an admin panel, I will need to be able to change all text and images with ease.
I will need to be able to edit the meta tags, descriptions etc.
I would like the facility to add/remove pages.
I will need a Basic logo per website.

I really like the above website, im a fan of the dark look and simplicity. I like the homepage to only take up the size of a standard screen (no scrolling needed)
however, the bits at the bottom to be links to social media.

As for the client log in section, I am really not sure how to go about it. I will leave that for you to submit something and we can go from there.

OK, I think I have explained things in as much detail as I can, if there is something I have missed or that you think I have missed, please let me know and I will do my best to answer as soon as possible.

If you have any ideas that you think you could add that would really make the website 'pop' then please feel free to include them in your reply. I cant stress enough that I am a guy and I like cool things :) ALSO, if I have asked for something but you feel something else would work better. TELL ME, you know what you are doing better than me.

- The first website set up & Design
- The cost of each additional copy plus the minor changes as detailed above.
