Conversion PSD, design to magento theme

General information for the website: Wine Shop
Description of requirements/features: I am looking for someone to develop my PSD design into a 100% responsive layout,100% SEO optimised magento store for all platforms(mobile Ios, Android, pc and mac!) and if possible with latest version of magento on the first page of google top 6 (3 key words).

I will need a full Installation & setup ( I am quite techy savy so you will be ok got the host can provide ftps for you to work with filezila or another program etc etc)

I have a ssl for it already as well.

I prefer HAND CODED, instead of software due to the fact it maintains a better cross browser compatibility, and SEO

Needs to support for multiple payment gateways (Pay Pal, cards etc), different shipping methods, customer product reviews, upsells, cross sells & related products, discount codes / coupon system, order management, printable invoices, stock management, sales reports ( I know any base magento theme does support 99.9% of what i am asking via CMS)

I know I am asking a lot but I am sure someone can deliver it without a problem!

Forgot to mention it is a wine shop so before you get into the shop website itself we will have to have a page asking if you are over 18 years old etc ( with 2 options "yes" redirecting it to the shop website or "No" direct to a block page with terms and conditions, which when you close it on a specific place redirects you to google).

Note no samples or pics will be provided until we decide to work with you.
Its an average concept nothing to fancy...
