Alter the the select shipping address interface on Magnto 2

We need the select shipping address interface on a 2.2.6 Luma based theme changing so that it is a dropdown of available addresses (like for the billing address), rather than the default card layout. There is no need to allow them to add new addresses, the address list is fixed in the backend.

As each customer can have in excess of 200 addresses, the card layout is unsuitable. Having a type ahead dropdown would be even better. Please indicate whether you propose a standard dropdown or a type-ahead type drop down along whith your quote in the proposal.

As we have no idea what this will cost, please provide a quote, we will pay whatever is required to the most suitable and best value candidate. The budget in this is not fixed - we had to put one, so this is just a placeholder.

We also need this work completing ASAP.
