A web site cms and e commerce

I need a website, e commerce cms which allows vendors to create there store on line on the site, and sell there products. the site needs to have built in metrics and seller requirements. shopify or amazon, or alibaba would be a good site as an example.
the sellers need to have there own accounts, the sellers need to have rankings and a payment gateway built in for sellers to make payments for the services they choose.
The customers also need to be able to make accounts, there needs to be a universal search and unlimited catagory. there needs to be a review page for every seller item. the sellers will be unlimited.
