Hello All,
The plan has changed slightly since the original job posting and I have also adjusted the budget:
I need a quote to upgrade a Microsoft Access 97 database to a Microsoft Access 2010 database. It's a fairly simple database being used by 5 people office (recruitment company).
The job is immediate start, however, can be a bit flexible on date.
If you don't have PPH feedback, are you able to provide references to show that you have done similar work?
Present database was built in 1999 so we obviously need to update from access 97 to latest version but also we would like to change the layout and add certain functions.
For example, we do not have staff email address details in their records - so we cannot email them directly.
We also need to have a more updated system for client records/notes. Perhaps an option to add notes on to a column/table perhaps.
We also need a system to allow us to import CV’s that we receive by email that will then allow us to search for key words. We did create a basic database for this function - which would be fine if we can import CV’s in to it.
We would also like the facility to send group SMS messages. At present we can send SMS but have to send them one by one from the staff records.
Then we would like to have the option of adding new functions if we feel we need them, so may need to call on you as and when required. We would agree a rate in advance.
Record system - We presently use a system called Chameleon I which allows us to track clients and candidate records quite good.
Client reporting - a weekly/monthly report from the database to give us a performance update. For example, number of bookings, staff attendance rates etc.
Please let me know what you would charge to do this and your expected turnaround time.
Questions are welcome.
