Stock Control Program

We need someone to design a user friendly basic stock control program in something like Microsoft Access. The data base will need a single user landing/interface page for recording changes in the stock level, the information required is
Category
Sub Category (Free Issue or owned)
Item Name
Quantity In Stock
Unit - to show either single units or grams
Price per unit
Increase stock level (input number)
Reason for increase - restocked / stock count / stock correction
Decrease stock level (input number)
Reason for decrease - Consumed / stock count / stock correction
Supplier
Stock Location
Other information box.

We will need to be able to generate reports showing stock levels and stock value that is searchable by category, sub category, item, supplier .

We will also need to be able to show - minus levels
