Experience Level: Expert

I am looking for an online database and training records to be created. I comes to 5 tables (staff details, Training Code, Training Delivered,Annual Holidays taken) Each have between 5 to 10 fields in each database linked by staff number or training code.
These field will be editable.
There is then a separate form for 'Appraisal' which will be a database, linked to staff record by employee number by date.
