Simple database

General information for the business: Project database
Database management system (DBMS): Microsoft Access
Description of requirements/functionality: I need a simple Microsoft access database that will collate client names and addresses together with a quotation and project database.
I have 2 staff that will need to use the database. I am currently running it on a very old version of Filemaker Pro.
Basically - when a client contacts us for a quotation, we enter the client details into a database. We then enter the project details into a database and link this information to the client details. This generates a quotation number (these always run sequentially). In the event that the client instructs us to proceed, this generates a project number.
Ideally I would like all the information in the existing database to be imported into the new MS Access database. I would like the database to be available online so it can be accessed from anywhere.
I am happy to issue the Filemaker version so the layout of what is existing can be seen. I need this replicated but in Microsoft Access as I have a 365 Office Subscription.
