Simple access database for timetabling of staff within a school made up of 16 classes

We have 104 staff and timetabling has become an issue. As a special school, none of the mainstream (primary/high school) software is suitable.

We want to be able to assign to each member of staff where they are for each of the three sessions each day.

I therefore need a table to capture staff names (forename and surname) and their role (i.e. Teacher/TA/Instructor etc)

I need a table/way of inputting all possible classes (i.e. class names such as Beech Class, Pine Class etc)

I need a table that states the number of sessions the school has each week (3 sessions each day, i.e. Monday 1, Monday 2 and Monday 3)

I then want to be able to assign a class to each member of staff for each session via a simple form i.e.

Staff member: Matthew Smith

Role: Teacher

Monday 1 – Beech Class

Monday 2 – Pine Class

Monday 3 – Beech Class

Tuesday 1 – Beech Class

Tuesday 2 – Beech Class

Tuesday 3 – Pine Class

And so on….

Once all data has been entered for each member of staff I would like to be able to run reports for both classes and individual staff. For class reports I would be able to select a class and a report would generate who was in each class each session (as per the attachment). For individual staff reports it would look the same as that attached teimtable but would show me where the member of staff was based for each session
