Server maintenance and technical seo

We are looking for a weekly project of maintaining our servers and fixing technical seo issues for clients.

Requirements:
Ability to diagnose and repair Apache, Nginx, MariaDB, and PHP/PHP-FPM
Knowledge of Plesk
Ability to debug mail delivery issues
Ability to configure and optimize MariaDB
Ability to configure nginx as a reverse proxy
Very experienced in using SSH
Prior experience migrating sites
Experienced in building redundant sites to have fault tolerance
Understanding of how to use and configure CloudFlare for both site protection and site optimization
Experience with a Linux soft raid
Speed optimization issues as noted by Google
Core Web Vital fixes

Nice to have:
Working knowledge of using AWS to create a load balanced, fault-tolerant distributed workload with auto-scaling groups
Working knowledge of debugging PHP code

Time requirements:
Servers = 5 hours per week
Technical SEO = 20 - 30 hours per month
