NEW WEBSITE backend database for Agents and Clients to log in

Hello,

I recently listed a job for a database which needed changing from Microsoft access to Mac with online access. However I have now decided to go down a new route and this is it.

New website with database included for multiple agents users and clients. The database is quite complex so please don't make an offer unless you are very competent.

The backend will need to allow agents to create and send invoices to clients. The clients get notified via text/email can log in view and pay invoice. The profit from that invoice will proportionately go to agents. Agents have logs of sales and profits etc.

It needs to be as clear on mobile phones as it is on a PC/Mac.

This is not a small job and I would like it completing in the next 4 weeks if possible.

I already have a designer working on the new logo website so he will provide all designs etc. They should be complete very soon.

Also need to add that I already have my server space sorted.
