Need to fix formulas in excel spreadsheet

My name is Melissa, I am an insurance agent in Phoenix and have used the same excel spread for about 10 years now to track and audit our commissions every month. We had someone create it for us way back when but they are no longer in business.

The overall spreadsheet is very basic, but we've ran out of lines that are part of the original formulas built in so we need to add in more lines. Also some of my 'sum' formulas don't seem to be going in every line that I add.

Overall I think for a professional it would be very simple to see what we're doing and using :)
