Need Excel Sheet fixed and cleaned up

Hi - I need a Microsoft excel sheets formula fixed and the sheet cleaned up just to appear more visually neat.
The spreadsheet is for payroll and has already been created, but the formula is incorrect and there is a possibility the cells aren't formatted correctly. The hourly total calculation is incorrect and we would like the timing on the spreadsheet to be a 24 hour clock.

I can also call the freelancer and explain in further detail if needed!
