Need an old ASP project set up on Microsoft Azure

We have an old project that is being replaced with a NEW tool - but we need to get the old project setup on another Microsoft Azure instance. This is pretty urgent! We have all code / database - we just need to get it setup.

Old project is ASP.NET and C# .NET application with a MSSQL Server 2015 database

We have the database dump in a .bacpac file format, and we have an extract of the code from the existing Azure hosting. We need those setting up on a database instance and an application server instance on Azure.

We don't need any updates made - we just need to get this up and running.
