Members database

I need a database for a fishing club with 3000 members. There needs to be the following groups: pre juniors, juniors, adults, disabled, pensioners, lady members, honary members, guests, companions and river members.
As members reach certain ages they need to be moved to the next group, i.e when a pre junior reaches 12 years old he/she is moved upto Junior etc.
I also need to show subs have been paid or are due, date joined, picture per member data file and private note section per member data file and 3rd rod supplement. Would it also be possible that once a member has paid and entered into the database that there renewed membership card could be printed.
