I am also a writer, current projects include working on my autobiography as well as comedy script writing. I have been writing privately for many years but I am just now getting it out into the public domain.

I specialise in automated/intelligent spreadsheets and have automated many management information processes in my last position resulting in vast reductions in resources required.

National Grid also ran all of its leavers/recruitment processes on databases that I created. These were created and maintainted by myself on my own for over ten years before a team was finally created. A better outsourced solution could not be found. I trained the new team.

I am choosing now to go freelance as the office I worked it at National Grid closed. Working from home suits my personal circumstances although I can travel or be office based if the project requires it.

I am also registered with Apple and am currently creating iphone and iPad applications.

Amanda has produced an impressive fanpage for my business. She has also supplied me with a guide to using the page which looks comprehensive although as yet I have had no time to use it. Unfortunately illness prevented Amanda from completing the job on time and some difficulties arose due to the fact that I use an AppleMac. It was also unfortunate that completion of the job coincided with my business trip to Portugal: this has prevented me from completing the feedback on time although the invoice was paid promptly.

I believe the job was completed on time although there was a small gap before sign off due to illness however the client was kept fully informed. The guide is normally sold on its own but was included and customised for the client.

If it had been established that the user was a MAC user I would have explained about potential problems before accepting the bid.

Where compromises had to be because of compatibility issues full instructions for the client to amend were included in the guide (the client will see this once they have completed the process). I also offered to continue to support the page for FREE for a short period after their return from holiday.

Despite unforeseen issues this client was a pleasure to work with.

      Many Thanks,
      Amanda.

Really good subject knowledge. Ability to think broadly in terms of possible solutions to issues. Have passed on further work to her as a result.

Thank you for the excellent review. Pleasure working with you.
The job took longer than predicted as I did much mire than the original request. 1500 photos were sent although there were only 800 that had enough corresponding info to be uploaded, all had to checked against the database. I also "fixed" other areas of the site and answered many general web queries via email.
Thank You for your business, and good luck with the site.
      Amanda.
