Manual Data Scraping: 4 website / approximately 1000 records

I'd need a person to scrape the following websites:

the resulting files should be in .xls format, and contain all the information per record and be organized in one column for each of the following values:
1. Name,
2. Location,
3. Mail address.

please scrape:
