If the code has been identified, it most likely can be easily removed for your budget of £20. However, the issue with this is that the site may well still get re-infected if it is not thoroughly scanned and cleaned.
In short, your budget is too low for a professional malware removal and it's highly likely that anyone who agrees to remove it for £20, will leave your website open to re-infection... For a fully guaranteed disinfection/removal, you'll need to add another 0 to your budget.
