KPI Reporting & Dashboard System

We’re a UK-based courier and logistics company looking to improve how we track and report on business performance.

At the moment, we export our operational data in CSV format, but our reporting is largely manual and spread across multiple spreadsheets.

We’d like to create a simple, professional KPI reporting system that brings everything together in one place — giving us accurate monthly reports and a clear, visual dashboard.

What We’re Looking For

We need a reporting setup (ideally in Microsoft Excel, but open to Power BI if preferred) that can:

- Import and process CSV data each month.
- Calculate and display key KPIs across revenue, operations, and client performance.
- Generate a printable monthly KPI report suitable for board meetings.
- Include a dashboard view showing headline KPIs and trends at a glance.
- Be easy to update and refresh each month without specialist skills.
- Be designed with clarity, consistency, and presentation quality in mind.

Deliverables:

- A working Excel (or Power BI) file that:
- Loads CSV data automatically or with minimal setup.
- Calculates key performance metrics.
- Includes a printable monthly report tab.
- Includes a visual dashboard tab.
- A short written or video guide explaining how to refresh and update the report.
