Job search website

I run a small but popular website for Caravan Park operators to post job vacancies. At the moment park operators fill in an online form which is emailed to me. I cut and past each field into an html page and upload to the website.

I'd like to automate the second part. Forms should arrive in my inbox, or an email telling me there's a new vacancy posted, so that I can check manually that it's genuine, and approve it for the website.

Jobs are posted for 30 days, or until the park owner requests its removal, or specifies a closing date. The advert should disappear as appropriate.

A copy of each job posted should come to me for my accounts.
