I need a very basic SQL database creating on MySQL or something similar in order to run a number of queries for my takeaway business.
I already have the ERD which I will attach below so you can see how basic the database required is.
I will provide the data which has already been collated. You will need to be input into the database and then run queries to answer a number of questions (max 10 queries). Further details on queries required will be provided in due course.
If you are willing to take on this task, I will request that we have communication throughout and that screenshots of the cmd are provided to ensure accuracy.
I expect this task to take the right person no more than 2 hours.

I can do the mysql task for you. But what about any requirements for front end interface like web forms?

MySQL is only a database, there is no user interface, how do you want to query the data? Unless you want to write sql statements?
