I need a professional Microsoft Access programmer.

General information for the business: I work in market research.
Database management system (DBMS): Microsoft Access
Description of requirements/functionality: Each participant (approximately 70 sales people) will conduct 3 'calls' with different customers. Following each call the customer will complete a short questionnaire (all closed questions, using a scale of 1-5) that evaluates the performance of the sales person.

In the past, I collated all the scores and build a series of tables, graphs and charts to clearly convey the performance of individuals and teams and identify areas of strength and training needs.

I am looking for someone who can build a database in Access to this development of my graphs and charts is automated - and fast. The event takes place on one day and the client requires updates throughout the event. It will therefore save time to automate the process.

I am not a programmer but I have experience of using an Access database for this very purpose in a past company. However it was owned by my employer so I could not take a copy. I am therefore looking to replicate it.

I will provide you with the questions and also the graphs and charts. I would like you to develop this into a simple database that allows me to input the participant names, the 'customer' names, their scores for each 'call', and your database will provide a series of graphs and charts by just pressing a button. Some will be split by team, some overall combined, and also an individual set of tables charts and graphs for each participant (the idea here is to highlight their development needs).

In terms of timings, I need to have a working database by 14th May. I cannot post the graphs and charts here but will forward to a few selected potential partners.

For the right person there is potentially more work to follow this initial study.
