Help using ssl to connect to server

Hi there,

We need help linking a tool we'd like to use to our current database.

We are looking to build an internal tool with retool.com but are having some issues connecting to our database. The database is held in mysql, the server is on ploi.com and protected using cloudflare.

We need someone with experience in servers / database's / SSL to help us troubleshoot and set this up.

Should just be a quick 30 min job but our current developer is away for the next month hence needing extra support.
