-/ Are there any third-party tools, such as accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) or CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), that the fleet management platform should integrate with to streamline operations and data flow?

-/ Will the platform need to support offline functionality? For example, should drivers be able to continue logging trip data or receive maintenance alerts even when there is no internet connection, with synchronization happening once connectivity is restored?

-/ In terms of predictive maintenance, what specific AI-driven insights would you like the platform to provide? For example, do you want to focus on early warning signs of vehicle failure, optimized service intervals, or perhaps fault predictions based on historical data and diagnostics?

Hi Roberto, could you confirm whether the MVP should prioritise live GPS/telemetry ingestion first, or the core vehicle, driver, maintenance and alert-rule database before production integrations are connected?

Are you planning to integrate with existing GPS/OBD providers already in the field, or do you also need hardware/device recommendations and onboarding flows?
What scale are you targeting for the MVP phase initially — tens, hundreds, or thousands of active vehicles/devices concurrently?

A few important questions from my side:
1. Which GPS/telematics devices or providers need to be integrated in the MVP phase?
2. Approximately how many vehicles/devices do you expect initially?
3. Do you want this as a multi company SaaS platform or only for internal operations at first?

- How many vehicles and drivers will be active in the system at launch and in the next 1–2 years? Are operations local, national, or multi-country?

- Should GPS updates be every few seconds, or is minute-level tracking sufficient? Do you require continuous tracking or event-based updates (ignition, movement, stop)?

- Do you want simple rule-based alerts first (speeding, geofence, maintenance)? Or should we already include weighted logic like driver behavior scoring?
