Expert with CSV database needed to clean up column of data

We have a CSV database of 2,000 lines. In one column we have some important data like the below and we want to clean this up so our developer can import properly, so need to clean up the cells:

"Shades required: 
Shade required: DawnQuantity: 1Shade replacements: Add
Delete
Edit
AddSize type: 0-6 Months

Shades required: 
Shade required: IcebergQuantity: 1Shade replacements: Add
Delete
Edit
AddSize type: 6-12 Months"

We need this to be reformatted to something like this:
 
Shade required: Dawn | Quantity: 1 | Size type: 0-6 Months
Shade required: Iceberg | Quantity: 1 | Size type: 6-12 Months

We need this work carried out straight away.
