Excel shopping list created from menus of ingredients

Task – to create s Shopping list of items in Excel to buy from different suppliers which gets populated first by entering the number of items needed for a particular food item from a spreadsheet list, that then links to an ingredients spreadsheet recipe which then populates a shopping list pf ingredients needed to buy from a number of different suppliers. The original work covers two food items in order to build the formula model to work, once complete the spreadsheet will be built up with the remaining food items approx 150.
