I have a data base of 15 million US business records in excel spreadsheet. I need to build a database to be able to search and download data. For example, let's say I wanted to find all the auto repairs in California. The data base should allow me to search, give me a result and allow me to download the data in a csv file.

Hey Michael, can you provide a sample of the data? I would need to know how many fields and which kinds of data are there for the best evaluation.

HI Michael,
Can you provide a sample? Would the data increase in time? I think the best option is to import it in to a database so I ask these questions to check if this is feasible.
