Develop (code) a website: IdeaVault

A full brief and website overview can be found in the attached PDF document.

I am looking for a coder who can help build the functionality of the service. I am not currently looking for a designer however this will be a second stage once the functionality is in place.

I am looking for someone with the following skills:

- Excellent credentials (examples of previous work)
- Good communicator
- Someone that will question the functionality and offer suggestions for improving the service

Whilst this is initial project work, there will be ongoing development needed therefore I would be looking for a long-term partnership around this project.
