Develop A Business Directory Database website ( MYSQL PHP / OOP / CMS)

Calling all developers,

I am a digital designer and I have a project to develop a business directory (CMS) website and to create the structuring of our database. I have all the pages designed already and if any additional content needs designing then I will also do that, so please consider this within your quote for this project.
I am looking for the right developer to do this job at a price within my budget and also note that this project is ready to start once I have accepted the successful candidates proposal.

This website must be developed in MYSQL PHP from scratch, using OBJECT ORIANTATED PHP (OOP)
