Database Updating 200 contacts

I need an up to date & current excel database – I will provide a excel sheet which includes a lot of information, I need the listed columns below updated.

One contact per company, it must be one of the following in preference order Treasury / CFO / FD / CEO. The aim is to locate the highest finance person at the company.


Website = corrected if required to change
Account Company Email = company generic email (info@findme.com)
Contact Title = entered BUT abbreviated (chief financial officer = CFO, Finance Director = FD chief executive officer = CEO)
First Name = (Joe)
Second Name = (Blogs)
Contact Email = email to the contact joe.blogs@findme.com , if this can’t be found enter the company generic email (info@findme.com)
