I am looking for someone to develop a database of French horse racing which takes data from a web source and can be integrated with user inputs such as "ratings" and "comments" from the user (myself).

Experience of user friendly databases and scraping of data is essential. Knowledge of horse racing is preferred.

Will be a fixed price but will also want an ongoing maintenance/support function due to data being produced daily.
