Database designer

General information for the business: We work in the same field as http://www.checkatrade.com/
Description of requirements/functionality: Hi,
Our company is quite similar to Checkatrade.com, however, we offer this service in a different country. As I am not very technical, I am not sure how this should/could work.

At the moment we are using Access to enter the details or our clients (first database) and providers (second database) . The idea is to combine both databases in just one. The ideal database would need to provide the following:

- Details of our clients (name, email address, telephone number, description of the job needed and date when first contacted us. Extra space for notes and the sort of trader that the client is looking for – plumber, builder etc)
- Details of our traders (name, email address, telephone number, date when first contacted us, space for full physical address and space to enter if they have a complete or partial partnership with us.We also need tick boxes to show if they have a silver membership , gold membership, or diamond membership)
- We need to be able to enter the name of a trader in a search box to find out the details of the clients which we have referred him to;
- We need to be able to enter the name of a client in a search box to find out the details of the traders which we have referred him to;

- As soon as we have a new client looking for a trader, the database would automatically pick up the traders that this client needs to be referred to. The database must pick up the traders that are in the same area where the client is based.

- If possible, we would like to have access to this database even if we are not in the office. A cloud solution could be a good idea;

This is the main idea. Other things may come up during the project, but nothing major.
