Data extraction and database compilation

I'm looking to extract emails from a list of websites and have them built into a database that I can then use for marketing purposes. I don't know if this can be done programatically or needs to be done manually, but if you are interested in trying to assist, please get in touch.

This is the website that has all the clubs listed that I am trying to get the emails from:https://www.britishcycling.org.uk/clubfinder?club-search-query=&result_type=list&distance=500&postcode=oxford&go-ride-club=0&cleared_filter=0

Then you'd need to go to each club website and find the contact details.
