Create delivery note system with e-signature capability

Hi, we are a company delivering educational furniture items, we have typically used a printed paper based delivery note system. However with the arrival of Covid and everyone working from home, we need a more reliable electronic based system.

We will manually type our delivery notes as we do not have a CRM that automatically produces these. The excel template attached shows the document we normally use.

This project is to take this excel template, incorporate and electronic signature element (e.g. Docusign which I have a free trial login for), and upload signed documents back to an existing webpage (either our Smartsheet Fitters Schedule or SharePoint). I can share links to these platforms in due course.

I am open to suggestions as to how to streamline this, however my suggestion would be that an editable version (e.g. Excel) or PDF version of our prepared delivery note is uploaded to our fitters schedule, the fitters then use this document on site on their tablet or mobile device to obtain the signature, an updated (signed) copy of the delivery note then remains on the fitters schedule for viewing by anyone else who has access to the platform.
