Create a smart Sheet with dashboard from excell

Got an Excel document that is required to be updated with the SMart dashboard at the front

I currently have one but it is macros and it blocking so need something that would be similar but not macros:

Dashboard based on:
1. TASKS (open, closed, in progress)
2. Role (person who is allocated - number, for example, Joe - 7, Keith - 19 etc)
3. Cost (CHART - planned, real cost)
4. Task Lenght
5. Priority
