Description
Experience Level: Entry
I need someone to fix my Cpanel MYSQL can't start. According to Cpanel support, is it InnoDB Corrupotion.
Here is a reply from Cpanel support:
As it stands, it seems you have InnoDB corruption ( How do I identify InnoDB corruption? https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/articles/360050756014-How-do-I-identify-InnoDB-corruption-) which is preventing mysql from starting. I can see this because your error log says the following whenever you attempt to start mysql:
This could be because you hit a bug. It is also possible that this binary
or one of the libraries it was linked against is corrupt, improperly built,
or misconfigured. This error can also be caused by malfunctioning hardware.
Attempting to collect some information that could help diagnose the problem.
As this is a crash and something is definitely wrong, the information
collection process might fail.
I believe this issue arose due to the space issues mentioned in the log:

Operating system error number 28. Check that the disk is not full or a disk quota exceeded. Make sure the file system supports this function. Some operating system error numbers are described at http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.7/en/operating-system-error-codes.html

2022-05-23T02:19:58.659773Z 9774 [Warning] InnoDB: Retry attempts for writing partial data failed.
With this in mind, you'll want to repair InnoDB. While we would be unable to assist performing this task, you might find it suitable to have this reviewed by a qualified system administrator in efforts to address the concern.
We've written the following support article which may assist you or your administrator in resolving this concern: InnoDB Corruption Repair Guide. https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/articles/1500006010582-InnoDB-Corruption-Repair-Guide

Please note that we are unable to repair innodb, this is a task best suited for a system administrator.
We can see innodb is crashing:
This could be because you hit a bug. It is also possible that this binary

key_buffer_size=8388608
read_buffer_size=131072
max_used_connections=0
max_threads=151
thread_count=0
connection_count=0
It is possible that mysqld could use up to
key_buffer_size + (read_buffer_size + sort_buffer_size)*max_threads = 68197 K bytes of memory
Hope that's ok; if not, decrease some variables in the equation.

Attempting backtrace. You can use the following information to find out
where mysqld died. If you see no messages after this, something went
terribly wrong...

The manual page at http://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql/en/crashing.html contains
information that should help you find out what is causing the crash.
Troubleshooting these issues involves advanced procedures that often must be performed with extreme caution and/or preparation, and pose a high risk of data loss or production impact. Because of this, InnoDB problems are very often something that we cannot safely or confidently assist with.

Do you have command line access to the server with root user privileges (likely if it's a dedicated server, less likely if it's a shared server) ?
-
Jack,
To correct this is not a job for 'Entry' experience level. Are you willing to accept (hourly) time based price rather than fixed price ?
Regards,
John R
