We are an established UK care operator group looking to build a high-quality acquisition origination database of independent residential care homes and nursing homes across selected UK regions.
This is NOT a generic lead generation task. We are looking for a detail-oriented researcher/virtual assistant who can help us build a curated database of independent care operators who may consider succession, retirement, partnership or future exit discussions.
The project will initially focus on:
* East Anglia
* Essex
* Suffolk
* Norfolk
* Hertfordshire
* Cambridgeshire
Potential for wider UK rollout later.
## Objective
To build a structured CRM-ready database of independent care and nursing home operators using public and commercial sources such as:
* CQC
* Companies House
* carehome.co.uk
* provider websites
* LinkedIn
* local authority directories
* industry directories
## Information Required
For each care home / operator where possible:
* Care home name
* Registered provider/company name
* Registered address
* Website
* Main contact email
* Telephone number
* Director/owner names
* LinkedIn profiles (if available)
* Number of beds
* Type of service (residential / nursing / dementia etc.)
* CQC rating
* Region/county
* Notes on ownership structure
* Notes indicating possible retirement/succession positioning if identifiable
## Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
* has strong internet research skills
* is highly organised and accurate
* has experience building business databases or CRM lists
* understands confidentiality and professionalism
* ideally has familiarity with UK healthcare/care sector research
## Deliverables
* Clean Excel or Google Sheets database
* Clearly structured columns and formatting
* Removal of duplicates
* Source references where possible
* Approx 500–1,000 high-quality records in Phase 1
## Important
Quality is far more important than quantity.
We are NOT looking for scraped spam lists. We are building a long-term acquisition and relationship database for professional outreach within the UK care sector.
Please include:
* examples of similar research/database projects
* estimated timeframe
* approach you would take
* whether you would recommend additional data sources/tools
